Business accounts: the name, email address, and login credentials of the businesses that use KindlyReviews, plus the business's Google review link.
Customer contact details: businesses provide the names and phone numbers or email addresses of their own customers so that review requests can be sent after a completed service.
Message records: when a request was sent, to whom, and its delivery status.
Information is used only to operate the service: sending the review-request messages a business asks us to send (one message, plus at most one reminder, per completed service), providing support, preventing abuse, and meeting legal requirements.
We do not share or sell your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We share information only with the service providers needed to run KindlyReviews (for example, our messaging provider, which delivers the text messages a business sends), or when required by law.
Text recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Businesses can delete customer records from their dashboard at any time.
