KindlyReviews lets local businesses send a review-request message (and at most one reminder) to their own customers after a completed service, linking to the business's Google review page.
Businesses may only message customers who provided their contact details to the business in connection with a service, must honor opt-outs immediately, and must comply with applicable law (including the TCPA) and with Google's review policies. Purchased or rented contact lists may not be used.
The KindlyReviews messaging program, operated by Sri Harsha Somepalli doing business as KindlyReviews, sends review-request text messages on behalf of local businesses to those businesses' customers after a completed service. Message frequency: 1 to 2 messages per service visit. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Support: support@kindlyreviews.com
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
